to wit Charles Tool< no role > aged about 54 years upon his
Oath saith that in the Month of June 1779 he was
married to Mary< no role > This name instance is in set 648. This set is in the group(s): MothersCD . his present wife by a Dernish Priest
(in a private Room at Ireland ) [..] according to the
Rites & Coremonies of the Roman Catholic Religion
that in May 1780 the said Mary< no role > was delivered of a
Male Bastard Child name John< no role > at the House of a Mr. Jones in
Red Lyon Street in the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn
above the Bars in the County of Middx that he this
Ext. in Augt. 1783 was married to the said mary< no role > by a
License in the Parish Church of St. Paul Covent Garden & that
on the 29th. day of Janry. 1786 the said Wife was deced
of a Boy which hath since been Christened by the
Name of Chas< no role > . That this Ext. Rented and lived in a
House in Great Shire Lane in the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middx for 3 Months or
thereabouts at the yearly Rent of £20 that he hath
quitted said House about 3 Months since which
time he has not Rented any House Tenemt. or Lodging
of the yearly Rent of £10 for 40 days paid Taxes or
done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
