Bricks on the Flank Wall he heard the
deceased who was at the distance of 18 Feet from him cry out Lord have mercy upon me
and upon looking round he did not see the
deceased on the Top of the house but looking
down he saw him on the Ground Whereupon
this Deponent cryed out out to Mr. Harris
a Master Bricklayer and a Labourer and told
then that Campbell had fallen from the
Top of the house and they all three went to
him and lifted him up and asked him if he
would be carried to Westminster Hospital
to which he answer'd Yes whereupon he was
conveyed the then immediately

Hospital being sworn deporeth that
between 5 & 6 o'Clock last Night the deceased
was brought into the said Hospital at which
time he was sensible and upon examining
his Body he found that his [..] capula was
fractured in 2 or three Placesandbut no
other external marks of Violence of any
Conveyance about him, that he continued
sensible till near the time of his Death which
which happen'd about 9 o'Clock the same
Evening, a little before which time he
was seized with Con [..] lsions. that
Upon opening the Body of the deceased
the Abdomen was very nearly full of
Blood which had proceeded from the
Liven which was ruptur'd in two places &
which was the Cause of his death.
