another Dose of Physic which he took
very quietly and afterwards some Barley water in a Tin Can but soon after he rose
up in a violently Agitation of mind
and began [..] beat the deceased about the
Head with the Tin Pot whereupon this depo
nent beggd him not to kill the poor man
but aa he did not can striking hand with
the said Tin Pot she was hurrying away
to call for Assistance when he followed
her and pushed her down upon the
Floor and began to strike her about her
head and other parts whereupon she screamed
out & called for help and as no one came
immediately she pray'd him not to beat
hear any more open which he lifted her
up and talked incoherently a little
while then there her down again
and attempted to strangle her by which
time assistance came and secured him
and put on a strait jacket and strap
-ped him on his Bed

This Deponent there went to the Bed
where the deceased lay and found him
quite dead and stiff, and she believe
the blowes which the said Wm White< no role >
gave the deceased on the head men the
immediately

immediate cann of his death and the be is
convinced that the said Wm. white< no role > was out
of his Senses when he committed the
act.
