this Deponent got up and dressed himself
and left the Deceased (asleep as he thought)
and went down Stairs and remained
there and in the Stable Yard adjoining
till about ten o'Clock in the Forenoon
when the Maid Servant came down
from the room whenofthe deceased had
Slept, and said she believed he was
dead, whereupon Mr. Bransgrove
the Land Lord of the house went
up Stairs to the Room and found
that the deceased was dead.

sworn saith that when the Servant
Girl reported as above he went to
the Bedside of the deceased and
found him resting his head on his
wright hand,who [..] heand
appeared to be in a Perspiration
but

but was quite dead and this Deponent
says there were no Marks of Violence on his Body
& verily believes that he died of a Fit

The Verdict [..]
That Hugh Castle< no role > died by the Visitation
of God in a natural Way, to wit of
a Fit.
