Information of Witnesses taken this ninth
day of Jany 1794 at the Vestry Room in the Work
house (at little Chelsea in and belonging to
the Parish of St. George Hanover Square and
the Liberty aforesaid before Anthony
Gell

and Liberty aforesaid touching the [..]
Death of Francis Rose< no role > then and there
lying dead as follow.

Rebecca Tapley< no role > Wife of Seymour Tapley< no role > of
Little Chelsea Shoemaker being sworn saith
that o Monday Evening last the 6th. Jany Ninth.
about half past Eight oClock as she was going
with a Lanthorn to take [..] [..] Thos to Mr. Young
who lives in the Road leading from little Chelsea
towards Fulham & she observed a Person had
fallon from the Foot Path and appeared to be
suspended by the Chin and right Arm upon
a Rail of a Fence or intended Fence to present
Persons from falling off from the said Tookputs
into Garden Ground adjoing to and which ley
much lower than the Public Road or way aforsd.
whereupon she went immediately to the Public
house (the Duke of Somerset's Arms) which is
