considerable time before his death the
deceased appeared very low spirited under
a dejected state Mind but frame what
cause [..] deponent door not know.

sworn and examined upon her Oath saith
that she has lived with the deceased upwards
of two Years last past That the deceased has
been exceedingly ill upwards of four Months
last has been in a very low Spirited and despendcy
way & hardly eat sufficient to support holine
but from what Cause deponent cannot say
That about Nine o Clock this Foreman thus
deponent went into the deceased St Beet Round
& opened the Window when he [..] deponent

House of Eleven o Clock the [..] Mr Wood June
went & the Bed Room where the deceased slept
and spoke to him but he not answering come
out again a not Sed deponent he [..] spoke them
times to [..] Father but could nor make Ann

word Jun went again to the Bell Room, But not
benegable to get any Answer from his
Father [..] and Bangel the Room door to
in order to awaked him, and sayd his Father

was [..] death or in a sound Sleep That upon [..] it to [..]
it three [..] Fils, That being engaged by her George
Mistress being in Fils. deponent did not
go into here Masters Bed Room [..] half
an House afterwards when upon going in she found [..]
in Bed guild dead and a quantity
of Blood found from [..] Head That
deceased Beds Room Door not lock at [..]

Verdict that the deceased did by his
own act by [..] himself with Pistol but was at
that time decayed & distracted & Lunatic
