Boy upon the ice in South Audley Street
in the said Parish of St. George Hanover

within the Liberty and County aforesaid, and that

driving a certain cart loaded with Dung and drawn by four Horses in the said Street
It so happened that the said

fell down upon the Ice near into the of
Wheel of the said Cart and that the off wheel of the said Cart then and there Accidentally
Casually and by misfortune passed over the upper part of the Right Thigh of the said

by reason whereof the said

then and there receidence
mortal Wound and Fracture in and upon the upper part of the right Thigh of him
the said

of Which said mortal Wound and Fracture he the said

in the Parish Liberty and County aforesaid from
the said Fourteenth day of January in the Year aforesaid until the Sixteenth day of
the same Month and Year did languish and languishing did live on which said Sixteenth
day of January in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid

And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said
