Verdict of the Jury touching the Death of Michael
Smith
< no role >

That the said Michael Smith< no role > on the 4th day of
January 1792 being among a Crowd of Persons assembled
for the purpose of going to the Playhouse in the
Haymarket in the Parish of St. James in the Liberty
of Westminster , it so happened that from the Violent
pressure of the Crowd he was Accidentally thrown to the Ground
by Means whereof he was then and there Suffocated
and Strangled of which said Suffocation and Strangling
he the said Michael Smith< no role > Accidentally Casually
and by Misfortune instantly Died.
