Ann Williams< no role > Waiting Maid to the
Dutchess of Northumberland on her
Oath saith That she has known the Deced
about five Years, gud that she was low Spirited
especially, of late, That she sav the
Deced last Night about Eleven o'Clock
in the House Keeper's Room when she
appeared to [..] in different, says that
she was very poorly and begged to be
executed going to stepper, Says that
She several times found the Deced
in Tears when above

Sophia Turner< no role > Nursery Maid at the
Duke of Northumberland on her Oath
saith That a little after Seven o'Clock
this Morning, Dept. saw Ann Beckton< no role >
the Deced upon the Leads on the Roof of
Northumberland House [..] being dressed in
a Light Bad Gown and a Night Cap and
that she saw the Deced go into the House
again Says that the Deced appeared
some times to be very unhappy, and
thats she has frequently seen the Deced
in Tear when alone.

Thomas Carling Footman to his Grace the
Duke of Northumberland on his Oath saith
That a little before Nine o'Clock this Morning
Mr. Applebee the Underbutler called Dept.
driving him to go up stairs with min
and Penelope Croker< no role > cried Says that Applebee
went into he Deced's Bad chamber and
turning the Curtain as he said fort
Mr.

Mr Beckton was dead, and Dept. saw that
the Deced was Hanging by a Garter which
was fastened to an Sworn Curtain Rod and
about Deced Neck, there being likewise
a White Handkerchief over the Garter, Says
that with his knife he cut the Garter and
held the Deced in his Arms who, appeared
to be dead but was not Cold, and Dept, believes
that the Deced Hanged herself, Says that
the Deced last Summer was in poor Health
and was at times very low Spriited.

Charles Reveron< no role > of Duke Street St. James
Apothecary on his Oath saith, That he has
several times attended the Deced in her
illness since she has lived in the Duke
of Northumberland' s Family particularly
the begining of last Winter, when she
was [..] with a Narrows Fever, when
the Deced was reduced, and was very low
That the Deced complained to Dept. of
losing her Husband, and of having lost the
greatest Support that tho had, at which
Deced appeared to be much disturbed
and unhappy, Says that the Deced was
always low Spirited, that the Deced
told Dept. that she was low Spirited, but
that she was obliged to keep up her
Spirits as well as she could to unable
her to go through her Business
