had some conversation with the Deced about
his having the Deced Itch, Says that he went
out, leaving the Deced in Bed alone and
Dept. went out and did not return until
about three o'clock that afternoon when he
was informed that the Deced was dead
and Dept believes that the Deced Hanged himself
Says that the Deced has been low spirited
