Informations taken this Third day of Octr.
1788 at the Parish of St Martin in the
Fields within the liberty of Westmr in
the County of Middlesex upon an Inquisition
touching the Death of John Boon< no role >
lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County.

Mary Boon< no role > Widow of John Boon< no role > the Deced
on her Oath saith That she Lodged in Dyot Street
St.Giles , and that Yesterday in the Afternoon
this Dept was walking with the Deced
in Castle Street in the Parish of St. Martin
in the Figlow in order to go to Mr. Philpot
in Philps,Scotland Yard when the Deced appeared
to be very ill and Dropped down upon the
step of Mr. Pearce's Door there and was not
afterwards able to speaks [..] Mary and died in a
very few Minutes and Dept. believes that
he died in a natural Way Says that the
Deced was Seized with a Fever on Sunday
Night last, which made him delirious
Says that she applied on Tuesday last to
an Apothecary in Hide Street More bury
for some Godfrey's Cordial for the Deced but the
Young Gentleman in the Srap Thought that
some Powders would be proper for him and
he weighed some powder to compose him
which she gave to the Deced, which had gose
effect.

Thomas Parker< no role > at Mr Fallowfield in Castle
Street Longford on his Oath saith That yesterday
about two o'clock he saw the Deced Thing
at Mr. Pearce's Door there says that he did not
hear he Deced Speak That his Eves appeared to be
fixed and he did in about second Minutes
Says that Mrs. Boon was endeavouring to assist
the Deced. and Dept believes that the Deced
