Informations taken this Sixth day of
September 1787 at the Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields within the LIberty of Westmr.
in the County of Midsex upon an Inquisition
touching the death of John Conolly< no role > lying
dead in the said Parish Liberty & County

Thomas Davies< no role > of St. Martin Street in
the Parish of St. Martin in the Street
Apothecary on his Oath says That this Morning
about a Quarter after three o'Clock a Woman
came to Dept. and desired him to come
to a Man who was dying in Orange Court
Says that he went and in a Room there
on the Ground Floor he saw the Deced
who was dead and appeared to have
been deadafterabout a Quarter of an
hour, the Body being Woman, Says that
the Deced had Purged and Vomited a
great Quantity, and Dept. was informed
that the had drank very freely last
Night Says that he observed no Marks
of Violence upon the Deced and believes
that the Deced died in a Natural Way

Elizabeth Mc. Nam< no role > Servant to Mr. Ricards
in Castle Street on his Oath Saith That
John Conolly< no role > was Likewise Servant to
Mrs. Ricards, Says that Yesterday Evening
about half past Eight o'Clock Deced went
out and returned home about a Quarter
before Eleven and said to Dept. that she might
shut up the Doors, & that he should not come
home that Night, and went out again
the Deced not appearing to be in LIquour
