That Richard Coulthard< no role > being a
Lunatick on the fourteenth day of
April 1785 gave himself a mortal
wound in and upon his Throat with a
Razor, in the Parish of St. Paul Covent
Garden within the Liberty of Westmr.
of which mortal wound he then and
there died.
