King, when, how, and by what Means the said

an Infant of the Age of four Years, on the Thirtieth
day of March in the Year aforesaid being in the
Lodging Room or Apartment of
Alexander Aberdeen< no role >
in little Suffolk Street
in the Parish aforesaid within the
Liberty and County aforesaid, And the said

being at one of the Windows in the said Room,
and the Sash up, It so happened that the said

the Infant then and there Accidentally Casually
and by Misfortune fell out of and through the said
Window, at the height of three Stories, into and upon the
Stone Pavement in the said Street, whereby the said

then and there received a mortal Fracture in and upon
the back part of his Head, of which said Mortal Fracture he the said

then and there died. And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said

Manner and by the Means aforesaid Accidentally Casually and by
Misfortune came to his death. In Witness whereof as well the
