St. Anne in the Liberty of Westminster .

WHEREAS I with my Inquest the Day and Year under-written
have taken a View of the Body of Mary Liege
now lying dead in your Parish, and
have proceeded therein according to Law, These are therefore to certify,
that you may lawfully permit the Body of the said Mary
Liege< no role > to be Buried; and for so doing this is your
Warrant. Given under my Hand and Seal this 3d. Day
of January 17 84.
