touching the death of

dead in the said Parish Liberty & County.

her Oath saith That she has Worked with John
Valli< no role >
the Deced upwards of two Years last past
at his House in Baleman's Buildings in the
Parish of St. Anne Westmr. [..] from [..] about
Nine o'Clock last night this Dept. [..] twenty [..] Mrs. Opstrow (who
likewise worked with Deced, who was an
Artificial Flower maker) Says that near
the End of Baleman's Buildings they met
the Deced, who asked Mrs. Opstrow if she was
going home, and if she would have a Twelfth [..]
which she declined, upon which he took
this Dept. into Charles Street
, bought a
Twelfth Cake and carried it to Mrs Opstrow
Lodging in Crown Street
, this Dept. going with
the Deced, Says that the Deced sent for two
Pate of Bear which was drank, and
the Cake Eat, and Deced smoaked a Pike
of Tobacco, Says that a little after Ten o'Clock
the Deced this Dept. went out along
Denmark Street
, and in Middle Row

Deced desired to have a Coach
into which they both went and Deced
ordered the Coachman to drive to the
bottom of Charlotte Street, Says that as
the Coach was going out of Oxford Street
into Rothbone Place she observed the Deced
Head suddenly dropping upon the back
Seat of the Coach (the Deced & this Dept. riding
forwards) Says that she was alarmed felt
the Deced's Nose, which was Cold, and she thought
him in a Fit pulled the Check Str [..] and
desired the Coachman to stop at the first Door
