Informations taken this fifteenth day
of February 1782 at the Parish of St.
Margaret within the Liberty of Westmr.
in the County of Midsex up an Inquisition
touching the death of Robert Faulks< no role >
lying dead in the said Parish Liberty & County

Robert Graham< no role > House Surgeon at the
Westmr. Hospital in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr
on his Oath saith That on Fridaysaturdaythe first [..] Inst
Robert Faulks< no role > the Deced was brought to said
Hospital as an Accident, having a Bruise in
the [..] of his Right Leg Says that a Lock Jaw
came on the third day in consequence of
which the Leg was taken off, That every care
was taken of Deced in the Hospital but he
died there the thirteenth Instant in
Consequence of the Bruise abovementioned

Lambeth Timber Marchant on his Oath saith
That on the first day of February Instant this
Dept. was with Deced lifting a piece of Timber
in Mr. Chamberlayer's Yard in order to Saw it,
Says that the weight was so great that it
over powered them and one End of the piece
