Thomas Hall< no role > a Lodger at Mr. Christofield
Beruke maker in Russel Street Covent Garden
on his Oath saith, That one Afternoon about
Five o'Clock, Dept. does not know the Day, he
was at his Stallthe Cornerunder of the Piazza [..]
the did of Russell Streetin Covent Garden, and
hearing some Person Scream out in Covent
Garden he went towards it, and in the
Coach Way between the End of Mr Bradley's
House and the Garden in the Middle of
the Way he saw the Deced lying down upon
her Back, Speechless and unable to move
herself, Says that he saw no Carriage there
at that time, That he lifted the Deced upon
her Backside, that an Apothercary came
there and a Man belonging to Mr. Bradley
Says that the Apothecary and this Dept. carried
the Deced to Carpenter's Coffee house where the
was bled by the Apothecary and afterwards
became Sensible and said that her Daughter
lived in Hay's Court where she was carried
in a Coach soon after, attended by Dept. and
another Person. Says that he heard no Noise
in the Street until the Screaming which he
believes to be the Deced's Voice, nor does
he know how she came upon the Ground,
it being dark.

Grosvenor Square on his Oath saith, That about
a fortnight ago one day about five o'Clock in
the Afternoon, he was in Covent Garden and
was told that a Woman was run over by a
Carriage, upon which he want to the Deced
who was supported by Thomas Hall< no role > near the Channel

Channel in the Coach Way in Convent Garden
Speechless, Says that the Deced's Cloaths were
very Dirty, and that she was carried to Carpenteis
Coffee house where Dept. bled her, that she soon
after came to herself and said where her
Daughter lived who was fetched to Deced
aged Deced told Dep that she was ever over by some Carriage
Says that he want to do some Business and
called in his Way home upon the Deced in
Hay's Cowet St. Ann's and found her rather bottom
Says that he called there the next Morning and
found her much better, and continued mending
for some time, Says that he did not visit it her
every day, but that she complained to him
of a pain across her Bowels, Says that he
did not Examise the Deced as no Bones
were broken, Says that he called there about
three days before the Deced's death and found
her very weak, (being Seventy five Years of
Age as the was told by Deced) but Deced said
that her Bruises were better, That he called
upon the Deced yesterday and was informed
that she died the Evening before and Dept.
thinks that the Accident she met with, in
her infirm State, might has ten her Death.

Moses Penton< no role > of Barbican in the Parish of
St. Giles Cripplegate London Patten Manner on
his Oath saith, That he called upon the Deced
last Thursday, (January 11th.) when Deced told
him that she had been run over, and behaaved
it would came her Death.
