Then observed a large dwelling on the back part and
on the top of Deced's Head, Says that the Deced was afterwards
bled at Mr. Bromfield's, and died in about half an hour
and Dept. believes that her Death was caused by the
hurt which the reced by the fall abovementioned

Mary< no role > the Wife of John Jones< no role > a Lodger at Mr.
Bathurst in Lucas & Court on her Oath saith, That yesterday
about Two o' Clock Mrs. Mc. Daniel Motter to the Deced, called
Dept who lodged on the Same Floor, Says that she went to
Mrs. Mc. Daniel's room Door and spoke to Mrs. Mc. Daniel
who set at the Table at Dinner with her back towards
the Deced who Dept. saw fall out of one of the window
in that Room into the Court, upon which she cryed
out and Mrs. Mc. Daniel and this Dept. went down immediatly
and saw Mr. Shepherd pick up the Child. Says that
there was no Person in the Room saith Mrs. Mr. Daniel
(but a young Child in her Son) when the Deced fell out of
the Window and that her fall was merely Accidental.
