To wit.

To any One of the Constables of the
Liberty, of Westmr in the said County.

By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Men of your Liberty, personally to
be and appear before me, on Monday this fifteenth Day
of this Instant by Seven of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Cooper known by the
sign of the Star & Garter situate in King street in the
Parish of St. Margaret within the City & Liberty of Westmr .
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Hannah Moore< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this 15th. Day of Aprilin
the Year of our Lord 1771 .
