To wit.

To any One of the Constables of the
Liberty, of westmr. in the said County.

By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Men of your Liberty, personally to
be and appear before me, on Saturday the 4th. Day
of this Instant by Twelve of the Clock [..] at noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Robert Page< no role > known by the
the Sign of the Bell & Fish situate in Great Pye
Street in the Parish of St. Margaret within
the Liberty of Westmr .
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Thomas Rice< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this 4th.Day of January in
the Year of our Lord 1771.
