the Man not to beat Griffiths upon the Ground upon
which Dept. reced three Blows from the Man which knocked
him down, Says that when he got up he saw the Deced
standing at the other End of the Room with his Hoton
without a Wig, but Deponent did not see Deced
upon the Floor nor did he see any Person strike
the Deced, Says that the Deced to be this Dept. on Monday
last, that he was knocked down in the Room at
Mr. Margeram and that he was kicked when
he was on the Floor, and this Dept. says that
the Deced died yesterday about One o'Clock.

Thomas Foster< no role >

George Rutherfurd< no role > of St. James's Market Apothecary
on his Oath saith That he was called to the Deced
on Sunday last in the Afternoon and found him
in a very high Fever and ordered him to be bled
immediately, Says that he visited the Deced on
Monday Morning when he complained of his Ribs on
the lower part of the left side, and said that he believed
it proceeded from a Kick which he reced from a
Berson at Murphys in Company with Mr. Griffiths
Mr. Foster and Mr. Mitchel, and that he was afraid
it would be the Death of him.
