who being then and there duly Sworn and Charged to inquire for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by
what Means the said

a Carpenter on the First day of January in the Year aforesaid, being
at Work in certain New built House situate and being in Great George Street
in the
said Parish of St. Margaret within the City Liberty and County aforesaid, It so happened
that Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune the said

fell down Stairs, and by
the Violence thereof did then and there receive and mortal Concussion in and upon the
Brain of him the said

, of which said mortal Concussion he the said

from the said First day of January in the Year aforesaid until the Second day of
the same to Month in the same Year, at the said Parish City Liberty and County, did
languish and languishing did live, on Which said Second day of January in the Year
aforesaid, he the said

County aforesaid, of the said mortal Concussion did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon
their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said
