Informations taken this Twenty Seventh
day of November 1764 at the Parish of St. James
within the Liberty of Westmr in the County of
Middlesex ,on an Inquisition taken on New
of the Body of Ann Osborn< no role > lying Dead in
the said Parish Liberty and County.

Thomas Umfreville< no role > of Fetter Lane Doctor of Phyniess
on his Oath saith that the Deced has been troubled with
Hypocondrial Disorders at some times Several years or Pery about last past, say
that he frequently during that time prescribed for her
Medicines proper for such complaints Says that be
wrote for her on the Ninth Instant when he thought
that the Deced was [..] greatly disordered in her Soner
Says that the Deced then told Dept. that she would
neither Eat or Drink, and that she wanted to Dye
Says that the Deced was very Melancholy and
low Spirited and Depant believes that she has at
intervals been Disordered in her Mind and Bean troubled with true per upon Depondent [..] for serveral
Years last past

William Tickner< no role > of Pickadilly in the Parish of St. James
Linnen Draper on his Oath saith that the Deced has lodging
with Dept. about ten Years last past, that the Deced has
been ill and confined to her Bed for five weeks East
and that Deponents wife used to attend her and carry
her Vituals, says that Mrs. Tickner Dept. Wife Carried
Deced some Tea up stairs about Nine O' Clock this Morning and
when she got to Deponent Room (being on the Second Floor
she found the Door festened, upon which she came down
and informed Dept. therewith, whereupon Dept. went to
the Door of Deced's Room and Found it locked, says that
he knoked and called to Deced several times , and having
no Answer, Dept, fetched up a Chesil , a Hammer & a Bill
