on an Inquisition taken of New of the Body of

on his Oath saith That being in his
own House in said Court on Friday last about five O' clock
in the Afternoon he saw the Dead the DecedMichael Jermine who was a
Bricklayer
, and working upon a House in Princes Court,
go up a Ladder reared against a House then repairing
there, with a price of Tinker upon his Shoulder about sixteen
feet in length, says that when Deced had got almost to the
Top, one and of the Timber struck against a Pole which
was across the Court and reaching from one House to
another on each side of the Court, Says that the Deced
upon that misred his hold of the round in the Ladder
with his right hand, and that he was forced off the Ladder
where his then stood being there Stories high unto the Ground in the said
Court, Deponent says that he lay upon his face on the Ground
Speechless motionless and that the Deced was [..] up and that
a Gentleman
let the Deced Blood, says that he bled freely
and Grooned, but could not speak, Says that the Deced
was taken away by two Chairman upon a House, who
carried him, (as Dept. was informed) to the Middlesex
Hospital
, where he died in less than an heard as
Dept. heard, and Dept. verily believes that his Death
was occasioned by Bruises which he reced in his Head
and Body by the fall fourth Ladder as abovementioned
