Informations of Witnesses taken this 27th. day of March
1764 at the Parish of St. Margaret within the City & Liberty
of Westmr. in the County of Middlesex on an Inquisition
taken on View of the Body of Robert Parish< no role > lying
Dead in the said City Liberty and County

William Lord< no role > House Surgeon at the Westmr. Infirmary on
his Oath saith, that on Saturday last between twelve and one
O'Clock, the Deced was brought to said Infirmary or Hospital
in a Chair, as an Accident, Deced said that he had follow
over a Post andhurt his Bowelthat he had broke the ring
of his Body, and Vomited, Says that there was a Swelling
in the Scotenn of the Deced, Says that he was several
times fomented, and that all proper care was taken of Deced
by the Surgeons belonging to said Hospital, but that Deced
died on Sunday Night last on said Hospital. and Deponent
believes that his Death was occasioned by the Bruise
he reced by the fall.

Richard Wilmott< no role > a Lodger with Mr. Parsons in Carteret Street
Porter on his Oath saith, That on Saturday Morning last above
Eleven O'Clock, one William Williams< no role > a Chairman called
Deponent who was in Bed, to go with Deced to the Westmr. Hospital
Says that he went with Deced to the Hospital and that he
was taken in as a Casualty, Deponent says that Deced
told him that being in Bed on Friday Night last about
Eleven O'Clock on John Bowen< no role > who was in the Street called
to Deced, that upon the Decads coming down said Bowen
was gone from the Door, that Decad called to said Bowen
and on going towards Park Street Deced fell over a Post
at the upper part of Carteret Street, and Bruised his
Bowels, Says that he afterwards saw deced in the Hospital
on Sunday and was informed the Deced died there on Sunday Evening
and verily believes that his Death was occasioned by the
fall.
