To any one of the Constables of the said
City and Liberty, in the said County.

Be sure to Warn the
above No. 24 & Return
their Christian and
Sir Names & Places
of Abode.


By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you, Summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of your [..] Liberty, personally to
be and appear before me, on Monday the Twentieth Day
of this Instant by ½ past Eleven of the Clock in the Fore noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Hilbord Known
by the Sign of the Pavior's Arms situate in Swallow Street
in the Parish of St. James within the Liberty of Westmr.
in the County of Middlesex
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the Kings's Majesty,
touching the Death of John Bannester< no role > an Infant
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this 18th. Day of February in
the Year of our Lord 17 64 .
