To any one of the Constables of the said
City and Liberty, in the said County

NB.
Be Sure to Warn the
above No. 24. & return
their Christian and
Sir Names & Places
of Abode.


By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of yourParishes, Liberty personally to
be and appear before me, on Monday the Sixth. Day
of this Instant by Four of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Benn: Goodall< no role > Known
by the Sign of the Queen's Head in Oxford Road in the
Parish of St. Ann within the Liberty of Westmr.
in the County of Middlesex
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of a New born Female Child
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this fourth Day of February in
the Year of our Lord 17 64 .
