and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn

by the sign of the Bedford Head in Herriot Street in
the Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden within the Liberty of
Westmr. in the County of Middlesex
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,

there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
