in the County of Middlesex }
to Wit.

An Inquisition Indented taken for Our Sovereign Lord the King at the
Parish of St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate
Church of St. Peter Westminster , in the County of Middlesex , the Seventeenth day of December in the Third
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the grace of God of Great Britain Frances
and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth, before Thomas Prickard< no role > Gentleman , Coroner
of our said Lord the King for the said City and Liberty, on View of the Body of Robert Gundry< no role >
then and there lying Dead, upon the Oath of John Sliper< no role > , John Warton< no role > , John Lynn< no role > ,

Benjamin Thompson< no role > good and lawfull Men of the said Liberty, duly chosen, and wh [..]
being then and there duly Sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King, when, how, and
by what means the said Robert Gundrycame to his Death, do upon their Oath say, That
a certain Man to the Jurors aforesaid Unknown on the twenty ninth day of November in the
year aforesaid, with Force and Arms at the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty aforesaid
in the County aforesaid, in and upon the said Robert Gundry, in the Peace of God and Our
said Lord the King, and upon the Back of a certain Gelding then and there being feloniously
did make an Assault, And that the said Man unknown him the said Robert Gundry by the
Right-Leg of him the said Robert Gundry then and there off and from the said Gelding
to the Ground there feloniously did cast and throw, And that the said Man unknown by means of
the said casting and throwing the said Robert Gundry to the Ground aforesaid in form aforesaid did
then and there give to the said Robert Gundry in and upon the Back part of the Head of the said Robert
Gundry one Mortal Bruise; Of which said Mortal Bruise the said Robert Gundry from the said Twenty nine
day of November in the Year aforesaid until the Seventeenth day of December in the same Year at the Parish aforesaid
within the Liberty and County aforesaid did Languish and Languishing did live, On which said Seventeenth
day of December in the Year aforesaid the said Robert Gundry at the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and County
aforesaid of the said Mortal Bruise did Dye; And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do say, that the said
Man unknown him the said Robert Gundry in Manner and Form aforesaid feloniously did Kill and Stay against the
Peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said John
Sliper Foreman of the said Jurors, on the behalf of himself and their est of his said Fellows, in their presence
have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the Day Year and Place first abovementioned.
