The prisoners Capitally Convicted in this Sessions were left under Sentence of Death and not Reported when Messrs. Perchard and Hammerton quitted their Office the 28 September 1794. being 11 in Number and 3 Capital Cases, reserved.

and had the Kings free pardon.

[mark] Rabbitts and Brown are part of the Gang vulgularly
called Floorers they are the persons who killed Mr. Howe the Law Statwirer
of Chancery Lane .

[mark] Samuel Rousewell< no role > is the man that
Murdered Mr. Linton the Musician some
Years back.

[mark] Charles Beazley< no role > This name instance is in set 1323. Another Floorer concerned
with Rabbitts and Brown.
