Received Sentence of Death for the respective Offences in their several Indictments mentioned Now It is
hereby Ordered that Execution of the said Sentence be made and done upon them the said James Futcher< no role >

at the place of Execution before his Majestys Goal of Newgate And it is His Majestys Command

Whereas William Pelfreyman< no role > and James Randall< no role > were at the Sessions holden at the Old Bailey in October
last severally tried and Convicted of Felonies and had sentence of death passed upon them for the same And
Whereas some favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented unto us in their Behalf inducing us to extend
our grace and Morey unto them and to grant them our free Pardon for their said Crimes Our Will and
Pleasure therefore is that you Cause them the said William Pelfreyman< no role > and James Randall< no role > to be forthwith
discharged out of Custody and that they be inserted for their said Crimes in our first and next
General pardon that shall come out for the poor Convicts in Newgate without any Condition whatsoever
And for so doing this shall be your Warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's the twenty
third day of January 1792 in the thirty second year of our Reign.

This Convict had he not escaped would have compleated the Quantity [70] in the under written
Order mentioned but on his Journey in the Waggon he found means to Saw off his Irons
and notwithstanding every Care of Owen the Keeper who Conducted them he got his Liberty

Convicts to be committed to the charge of J. Bradley< no role > Esqr : Overseer

Gentlemen

His Majesty< no role > having been pleased to give directions that 70 Male Convicts under Sentence of Transportation in the Goal of Newgate
should be Removed from thence on Board the Bulk in Portsmouth harbour and Committed to the charge of James Bradley< no role > Esquire Overseer of
the said Hulk or his deputy I am Commanded to signify to you the Kings pleasure that you do forthwith cause the said Convicts if upon
being Examined by an experienced Surgeon they shall be found free from any putrid or infections distemper to be Removed on Board the said Hulks
where they are to remain until their Sentences can be carried into Execution or be otherwise disposed of according to Law

PS. You will send with the Prisoners and Account
of their Ages and respective Sentences
