Whereas Jeremiah Crawley< no role > Michael Donative< no role > Jeremiah Kelly< no role > Cornelius Coghlan< no role > Dennis Ragan< no role > Cornelius Connor< no role > and Jeremiah
Readon
< no role > were at the Sessions of the Peace for the City of London held at Guildhall of the said City on theday of May last
tried and Convicted of a Riot and Assault upon some Constables in the Execution of their duty and were severally sentenced to be
imprisoned in Newgate for the same the said Jeremiah Crawley< no role > , Michael Donative, Jeremiah Kelly< no role > and Cornelius Coghlan< no role > for three
months each and the saud Dennis Rogan< no role > Cornelius Collins< no role > Cornelius Connor< no role > and Jeremiah Readon< no role > for 6 months And whereas
some favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented unto us in their Behalf inducing us to Extend our Grace and Mercy
unto them and to Grant them our Pardon for their said Crime on Condition of their Severally Entering to serve us in our
Royal Navy until duly discharged therefrom Our Will and pleasure therefore is that upon their severally Entering to serve us in
our Royal Navy as aforesaid they be forthwith delivered over to such person or persons as shall be duly authorized to
receive them for that purpose and for so doing this shall be your warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's the fifth
day of August 1794 in the thirty fourth year of our Reign

Whereas John Gammull< no role > was at Session held at the Old Bailey in April last tried and Convicted of receiving
and was sentenced to be Transported fourteen years for the same and whereas some favorable Circumstances have been
humbly represented unto us in his Behalf inducing us to Extend our Grace and Mercy unto him and to Grant him
our pardon for his said Crime on Condition of his giving security for his good Behaviour for the remainder of his sentence
unexpired Our Will and pleasure therefore is that upon his giving the Security aforesaid to the Satisfaction of the Recorder
of our City of London he be forthwith discharged out of Custody and that he be inserted for his said Crime on the said
Condition in our first and next general pardon that shall come out for the poor Convicts in Newgate and for so doing
this shall be your warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's the Eighteenth day of August 1794 in the thirty fourth
year of our Reign
