William Green< no role > of Manchester Street Manchester Square
in the County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath that
he was present and did see William Russell< no role > , who this
Deponent believes to be the above named Prosecutor Sign
and Seal and as his Act and Deed deliver the General
Release hereunto annexed and Saith that the Name "Wm
"Russell" is the proper hand Writing of the said William
Russell And this Depanent Saith that the several Names
"Wm. Green" and "J. Locke", [..] subscribed thereto as Witnesses
to the Execution thereof is the proper hand Writing of this
Deponent and John Locke< no role > And this Deponent Saith that
the above Defandant George Worford sometime in April
last was Surrendered by his Bail to the Custody of the
Warden of the Fleet Prison at the first of the above Fanned
Prosecutor in an Action at Law in whose Custody the said
George Worford< no role > died as this Deponent hath been informed
and verily believes
