Who being Upon Oath saith that she was law=
fully married at the parish of St. Martin
in the fields, Westminster , to William
Robinson,< no role > who has been dead these 20 years,
that her said husband parish was Nanwick
in Cheshire , he being a freeholder there,
and since his death she hath done no Act
to gain a settlement
