The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that Paolo Spagnoletti< no role > late of the Parish of Saint Martin in the
Fields in the County of Middlesex Musician and within the liberty of Dean and Chapter of the
Collegiate Church of Saint Peter Westminster the City Borough and Town of Westminster in the County of Middlesex and
Saint Martin le Grand London on the twenty fourth day of March-in the thirty ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third King of Great Britain & with forev and arms at the parish aforesaid within the liberty aforesaid in the
County aforesaid upon Vicenzo Barretta< no role > in the peace of God and our said Lord the King then and there being did make an assault
and him the said Vicenzothen and there did be at wound and ill treat so that his life was greatly despaired
of and other wrongs to him the said Vicenzothen and there did To the great damage of the said Vicenzo
