For unlawfully keeping a certain
common Gaming House situate
in the parish of St. Paul Covent
Garden on the 1st. Octr. 1797 and
in the sd. Gaming House unlawfully
causing and procuring wil and
disorderly persons to Game and
play and permitting them so to
do

2d. CountFor keeping a common Gaming
Room in the sd. House for the
like purposes.

3d. CountFor keeping a certain Gamings
House in the same parish and
therein a common Gaming Table
called a Roulette Table for the
purpose of playing an unlawful
Game called Roulette

4th. CountFor permitting certain persons
to play at the sd. Game of Roulette
in the sd. House

5th. Count For unlawfully keeping a certain
Gaming House in the same parish
and therein causing and procuring
