For unlawfully allering on the
14th day of March instt. to one
Thos. Wm. Hodgson One Piece of
false and Counterfeit Money
made and counterfeited to the
likeness and similitude of a
Piece of good lawful and current
Money and Silver Coin of this
realm called a Shilling as and
for a Piece of good lawful and
current Money and Silver Coin
of this Relam called a Shilling
well knowing the same to be
false and Counterfeit

2nd Count For the same offence and also
that the said Elizh. Roberts at
the time when she so uttered the
said Piece of false and counterfiet
Money as aforesaid had about
her one other piece of false and
Counterfeit Money made to the
similitude of a piece of good and
lawful and Current Money and
Silver Coin of this Relam called
a Shilling well knowing the
same to be false and counterfeit
