he this deponent did on Saturday last the 29th. day
of December last past serve a true Copy of the notice
hereto annexed onHamilton one of the
Constables of the Police Office in Great Marlborough
Street & the prosecutor of this Indictment by delivering
the same to and leaving the same with Mr. Butler
the Chief Clerk of the said Police Office who Received
the same for the saidHamilton who was as
he said not in Town
