CourtSessions he thought he had returned in
due time to take his trial but now learne he came
too late to give notice of and proceed to Trial at
this present Sessions And this Deponent further
saith that if his recognizance be respited till
next Sessions he will proceed to Trial according
to the regular rulesofand practice of the Court
