Elizabeth smith< no role > late of King Street
in the parish of St. Anne within the City
& Liberty of Westminster & County of
Middx Widdow maekth Oath that she
having in April Sessions last been Indicted
for maping & maintaining in the sd. Parish of
St Ann a Certain Common Ill governed and
disorderly House [..] and having an
Michhaelmas Day also last part quitted &
sett her paid Hours in King Street and
removed into another Parish (wher she
means to remain in an Orderly, Manner)
and having pleaded to the raid Indictment
last sessions and through Ignorance and
not Knowing any thing farther was
necessary to be done in the Business has
neglected to enter a venire & come to Trial
this Present sessions but will enter into
fresh Recognizance to try her Traverse
upon the raid Indictment at the next
Westminster Sessions
