Take Notice that I the above named Defendant will personally
be and appear at the next Quarter Session of the Peace to be held in and for
the City and Liberty of Westminster at the Guildhall in King Street On
Wednesday the Eleventh day of April next by Nine of the Clock in he
forenoon of the same Day and then and there Try my Traverse to the
Bill of Indictment by you Preferred against me for an Assault
Dated 13th: Day of January 1798.
