Who being upon Oath Saith that he is about 55
Years of Age That about 35 Years ago he hired
himself as a Yearly Servant to John Bennet< no role >
of the Parish of Larford in the County of Devon . That
he lived with and Served his said Master for the
Space of one Year in the said Parish since which
time he hath done no Act whereby to gain a
subsequent Settlement in any other Parish or
Place whatsoever
