To the Worshipful his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the
Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster in
their General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

These are to certify that Richard Penny< no role > hath
paid to the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
all Demands upon him on Account of the Maintenance
of his two Bastard Children by Rachel Brimson< no role > up
to this Day, and that the said Children are living
and continue chargeable to the said Parish.

We do therefore hereby consent that the
Recognizance entered into by the said Richard
Penny and his Sureties on the above Occasion
may be respited subject to the Future Orders of
the Court in Case the said Richard Penny< no role > should
hereafter neglect or refuse to abey the Order of two
Justices of the Peace which hath been made more
him, Witness our Hands This 22nd. Day of
October 1794

John Tombling< no role > Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
severally sign the above mentioned Certificate And that

of the Proper hands writing of the said Thomas Dearing< no role > John
Tombling
