To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westminister
in their
General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled
These are to Certify that Archer Whitten< no role >
hath
paid to the Parish of St George Hanover square
the
Expences hitherto incurred on Account of Mary Jones< no role >
having sworn him to be the real and true father of her
Bastard Child born in the said Parish, that the said Child
is Still living and continues Chargeable to the said Parish.
We do therefore hereby consent that the Recognizance
entered into by the said Archer Whither and his Sureties
on the above mentioned Occasion may be respited Subject
to the future Orders of the Court in Case the said Archer
Whitten should hereafter neglect to obey the Order made
upon him by two Magistrates relative to the Maintenance
of the said Bastard Child Witness our hands this
26th day of April 1794
