To the Rt. Worshippl. her Majties Justices
of the peace for ye County of Middx

The Humble peticon of Wm. Margill< no role > on ye
behalfe of his Son in Law Egles Green< no role >

Sheweth

yt yor pet ye 16 March 1703 bound his sd Son Apprentice
to one John Bounbridge< no role > of [..] Street were red lyon Square of ye pish
of St. And one Golbored in this County Perukemaker for 7 years to leave
ye sd Trade

That yor Pet Son has served 3 years & 7 Months of his Apprentice Hood dueing
wth. time he hath undergon great [..] in Geing in unlearne &
fowle Ledding & been often immediately beaten & brussed by his sd Master
& his wife without any Pvocacon & yt ye sd Master has used his utmost
endeavour to put ye said Apprentice off to dry Pson yt would give
ye most money for him by haggleing wth. him to severall Psons unknown
to yee pet & gold Masters hath not instructed [..] Apprentice in her sd
Trade & hath likewise Endeavoured to put yor. petrson of to some Comandr
in ye affirm Company or to waite upon any gentle & this declared to hath
not fulness for your Petrson

That yor Petrs. said Mastr. £50 & engaged himselfe to find his said Son in [..]
apparell necessaries dueing his apprenticehood & has hitherto performed Psons
& yt ye sd Master did confess he would not charge yor Petr. son with any Misde-
[..] but on folderday last unknown to yr. Petr. he caused yr.
Petr. said Son to be apprehended and carryed before Ralph Bucknall< no role > Esq
One of her Majties Justices of the peace for this County and therein yr.
Petr. absence complained against the said Apprentice upon oath for
assaulting his said Master wife and being a Stubbourne and disorderly
Servant and for running away from his said Service whereupon yr Petr.
Son was comitted to New Prison att Clarkenwell in this County where he now
remaines

Yor Petr. humbly prayes that ye said matter may be heard
[..] examined by this Courte & that yr. Worships will be
pleased to order that the said John Bainbridge< no role > may be
ordered to attend this Courte to shew cause why yr. Petr.
said Son should not be discharged from his said
Indenture of Apprenticehood and yr Petr. may be relieved
here in as to ye. Worshps. shall Seem meet

And yr. Petr. as in duty bound shall
ever Pray
