It is Ordered by this Court that Thomas Murfey< no role > Deputy Provost
Marshall & Keeper of the Savoy prison in the County have notice
of this peticon, and that he doe being before this Court the body of
the within named John Still< no role > on Thursday next at tenof the clock
in the fore noon together with a coppy of his comttmt. And It is
further Ordered by this Court that the within named Jeremiah
Hatchet
< no role > have likewise notice of this peticon. and doe attend this
Court at the same time to shew cause why he impressed the sd
John Still for her Maties service & by what authority he was
comitted to the custody of the sd Provost Marshall, as they [..] the
sd Murfey & Hatchet will answer the contrary at their Peril.
