That yor. Petr. Stands indicted last Sessions held for this County for an assault upon one
Mary Newton< no role > and to wth. indicted yor. Petr. pleaded not guilty And thereupon put in
Bayle to try his Traverse this prsent Sessions And the said Mary Newton< no role > being also
then indicted for an assault upon yor. Petr. and having not appeared as yet and
pleaded not thereunto

Yor. Petr. therefore humbly Prays yor. Worspps to be pleased to
respite his Recognizance untill the next Sessions against wch.
time yor. Petr. intends to obleige the said Mary Newton by
Warrt. from this Court to appear to his Indictment in order
that both indictmts. may be tryed together

And yor. Petr. shall ever Pray Etc.
