County Year Stands indicted at this prsent Sessions
of the Peace for Cheating your Peticoner out of
five pounds

to appear at this Sessions, & has include default
Yor. Peticonr. therefore humbly prays
that the Recognizance entred into
by the said Hanna is baile may
be forthwith estreated. whereby [..]
may be awarded agt. the Baile,
and that yor. Peticonr. may have
a warrant for the taking and
apprehending of the said Hanna to
answer the premises, & that for her
Contempt as aforesaid, She may be obliged
to plead to & try the said Indictmt. the
