Thomas Hatt< no role > of Lyons Inn in the County of Middlesex
Sollicitor for Thomas Collier< no role > and William Penrice< no role > the Bail for
the said Defendant William Hoar< no role > maketh Oath and saith That
the said Thomas Collier< no role > and William Penrice< no role > did in January
Sessions last past become Bail for the said Defendant William
Hoar in the above Indictments And this Deponent saith that he
hath himself together with the said Thomas Collier< no role > one of the
said William Hoars< no role > Bail made diligent Inquiry for the said
Defendant William Hoar< no role > at the Lodgings in Margaret Stret near
Cavendish Square and at other Places where the said William Hoar< no role >
used to resort in order to take the said William Hoar< no role > and surrender
him in discharged of his Bail And this Deponent furthersaith that he this Deponent
together with the said Thomas Collier< no role > waited about the said William
Hoars Lodgings aforesaid on Thursday and Yesterday the whole days
for the purpose of takeing the said William Hoar< no role > and to bring him
into this Honourable Court at this present Sessions and this
Deponent was informed by the Master of the House where the said
William Hoar< no role > lodged that he was not at Home And this Deponent
further Saith That he together with the said Thomas Collier< no role > have used their
utmost Endeavours to take the said William Hoar< no role > and bring him into this
Honourable Court but they have not been able so to do And this Deponent
lastly saith that he verily believes he and the said Thomas Collier< no role > shall be
able to take the said William Hoar< no role > and bring him into this Honourable Court
against the next Sessions if this honourable Court shall think Proper to
respite the Recognizance of the said Thomas Collier< no role > and William Penrice< no role >
